Location Information

TRUEST requires access to your device's location to support mandatory attendance tracking and verification within designated office areas. Location data is used solely for this purpose.

Camera and Photo Information

TRUEST requires camera access for core attendance functionality, including clock-in and clock-out with facial verification. Camera access is only used when users actively perform attendance actions and is never used in the background.

Video Media Access (LMS)

TRUEST requires access to video media to play mandatory training and learning content in the Learning Management System (LMS) module. This access is only used when users open the LMS module and is not accessed in the background.

Personal Information

We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, and contact details when you register and use the App.

Device Information

We may collect information about your device, including device type, operating system, and application-related identifiers, to ensure proper functionality and security.

2. How We Use Your Information

Attendance Verification: Location and camera data are used solely to verify attendance activities.
Learning Management: Video access is used to deliver mandatory training and learning content.
Communication: Contact information may be used to send notifications and service-related updates.
Service Improvement: Data may be used to improve app performance and user experience.

3. Mandatory Permissions

        Certain permissions, including location, camera, and video media access, are mandatory for the
        core functionality of the TRUEST application. Disabling these permissions may prevent the App
        from functioning as intended.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Data may only be shared with trusted service providers strictly for operating and improving the App.

6. Facial Recognition and Photo Collection

TRUEST uses facial recognition technology exclusively for employee attendance verification. Facial images are securely stored on internal servers.

Data Retention: Facial images are retained for up to one month and then automatically deleted.
Limited Use: Facial images are used only for attendance verification.
Access Control: Only authorized personnel can access stored facial data.

7. User Choices

You may control permission access through your device settings. Please note that disabling mandatory permissions may limit or disable core features such as attendance and LMS access.

8. Data Deletion Requests

You may request early deletion of facial images before the retention period expires by contacting us via email. Requests will be processed securely and promptly.

9. Updates to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy within the App or on our official channels.
